Service

AIsubtext provides AI brand dominance scanning, monitoring, and optimization services. We scan how AI engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) describe and recommend your brand, and deploy signals to improve your position.

Accounts

You must provide accurate company and contact information when signing up. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.

Category Exclusivity

Exclusive tier clients receive category lockout protection. Competitors in your category cannot access the platform while your Exclusive plan is active. Exclusivity applies to the specific category defined at signup and is subject to Right of First Refusal terms.

Data Walls

We maintain strict data separation between all clients. No client's scan data, strategy, or competitive intelligence is ever shared with another client, regardless of plan tier.

Acceptable Use

You may not use AIsubtext to generate false or misleading information about competitors, distribute malware, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

AIsubtext provides optimization services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions or recommendation outcomes, as AI engine behavior is determined by third-party systems outside our control.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active account holders.
